Glass Recycling-Volunteer

We will be collecting glass for recycling to Glass Half Full and aluminum and metals cans to go to STARC for their benefit. We will need to sort the aluminum from the metal and ensure that all lids, caps and corks have been removed and items are clean. Duties can also include traffic control and assist with setting up and removing signage before and after the event.

You are not required to stay the entire 4 hours - we're happy to have your help as long as you wish to give it. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license. We can sign your school's volunteer letter to document your hours.

We provide safety gloves and goggles as well as water. You're encouraged to bring a lawn chair and a reusable water container. In summer, be sure to wear sunscreen and a hat!
